Leather Sheath for Vaughan 22 Oz carpenters half hatchet

This is a custom sheath for the Vaughan hammer hatchet. It is only guaranteed to fit the Vaughan hammer hatchet. If you are considering purchasing this sheath for another hatchet contact me before you make your purchase.

The oiled saddle tan sheath is made of 7-8 oz full grain leather with heavy stitching. The sheath is stained a saddle tan color then oiled and conditioned. Because of this is has the “pull up” properties of waxy veg tan or chrome tan but with the quality of veg tan.  Because of the oiling and finishing process each sheath will have slightly different coloration.

The Catalina Blue and Oxblood sheaths come with black snaps, stitching and edges. They are very unique.

The sheaths can be made in any of the colors or materials featured in the other sheaths. Just message me if you see something you like.
